The Senior People Partner will provide support to the Food, General Merchandising, or Merchandising Operations divisions of the Merchandising organization. The position will be responsible for designing strategies, talent planning, associate experience (engagement, associate relationship, etc.), and organizational effectiveness. and cooperation with COEs, including recruiting, training, and total rewards, among other things.
