You will be in charge of leading and managing a B2B SaaS data company’s customer support department as Director of Customer Support. You will be responsible for supervising a team of support professionals and ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and retention in this strategic leadership position. Obligations of Leadership and Strategy:

  • Create and execute the client service technique lined up with the organization’s general objectives and targets.
