  • Principal Responsibilities Provide Wayfair’s India Tech Development Center with strategic thought leadership and consultation. Not limited to, but including:

Provide data-based analysis of the employee population and trends to the leadership team and assist in the formulation of people strategies based on the analysis Serve as a strategic advisor to the India Country Leader and the Leadership Team.   • Establish and oversee the India-focused HR team. Foster an environment that is customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented to encourage employee growth and engagement.
  • Responsible for the employee lifecycle from start to finish: onboard new team members to facilitate early success, drive a high performance standard, support the growth and development of team members, handle all employee issues through a thoughtful service model, employee relations, and employee separation, and develop thoughtful attraction plans are all aspects of Wayfair’s strategy.
