- The AppleCare Digital Business Platform team is expanding, and we are looking for a Product Owner to provide the next generation of content and pricing services (API Suites), which provide our internal and external customers with excellent support.
- The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams to develop highly scalable micro services suites that enable external and internal websites, applications, and tools, among other things.
- Prior experience in software product management or as a product owner is required.
- knowledge of the architecture of microservices and the construction of microservice suites (REST APIs).
Expertise in the software product development lifecycle, including the creation of short-term (quarterly) and long-term product roadmaps and the identification of new markets to investigate. Experience as a product owner in the agile scrum methodology, including the capacity to precisely write requirements for microservices that are in line with the priorities of the business.
- Ability to test and verify the microservices using command line tools or apps; knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; and the ability to design (product side) service contracts in JSON.
- Knowledge of product design, dependencies, and tradeoffs; ability to influence business partners at all levels; consistent track record of on-time and high-quality software product delivery; experience working with remote business/leadership teams.

Description:
- Create and manage microservices that empower Apple’s customers in order to provide them with an exceptional digital experience.
- – In charge of prioritizing features, managing enhancement requests, and managing the entire Product backlog.
- The micro services suite’s development and ongoing enhancements will be your responsibility.
Also, YOU WILL:
- – Prioritize, refine, and identify the requirements to convey to the Engineering team.
- Throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, collaborate with multiple product owners to prioritize trade-offs, clarify requirements, and drive user stories to acceptance. Write user stories and acceptance criteria, refine product backlog, and advocate for end-user and business needs.
- – Work with other Item Proprietors/supervisors across Apple and backing coordination with the microservices suite.
- – In charge of ensuring that new features, bug fixes, and enhancements are delivered on time. – Help business and engineering teams communicate effectively to resolve issues.
- – Work together with UAT to make sure that development meets the needs of the business.
- – Collaborate with business partners to monitor the overall health of projects and products and prompt resolutions.
- – Experience working with remote business or leadership teams; – You enjoy technical conversations with engineers and professionals who aren’t technical; – You are also comfortable presenting in front of senior leaders.
