The Group and Job:
In order to support the finance procurement team and work across our financial applications, the Netflix Financial technology team is looking for an experienced, curious, and creative Financials Business Analyst in our Procure to Pay area. This position will be situated in Singapore supporting the full APAC district and will answer to the Director of Money Innovation.

- Understand the requirements of the business and steer projects toward successful completion by working with the Finance procurement team and cross-functional teams.
- Build reports and dashboards, set up business processes, and set up systems based on what the business needs.
- Translate requirements into system solutions that cover all aspects of testing, documentation, and communication by working with technical teams and external partners.
- Utilizing business information and skill to recognize open doors for process enhancements
Wanted Capabilities/Abilities:
- extensive enterprise software experience as a systems analyst with major ERP/accounting systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite. Experience with Workday will be advantageous.
- When working with P2P (Procure to Pay) and other financial data, you should have a very good understanding of business flows and be able to think clearly.
- Experience in working with engineers, item administrators and item proprietors found around the world, utilizing your relational abilities.
- Knowledge of how integrations with various finance systems work
- a strong, independent contributor who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, works in uncharted territory, and is also interested in acquiring knowledge of a complex business field.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally, about your work, design, and tradeoff decisions.
- Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of how things work in one or more of the following areas: integrations with banks for supplier payments, financial reporting, and month-end close would be advantageous.
- An advantage would be knowledge of document transformations and XML.
