- In an effort to achieve our business objectives, you will conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders and establish the product vision for your team, including strategy, goal setting, and scalability targets.
- Convert our product vision and strategy into a sequential roadmap and make sure that it changes as we learn and modify our business objectives.
- Drive the OKRs and product roadmap to identify and prevent fraudulent activity, thereby avoiding millions of dollars in losses and minimizing customer friction.
- To comprehend the state of your product’s health and its effect on important business metrics, identify, refine, and monitor your KPIs.
- Create solutions for fraud and risk management that are scalable and can be used again and again. These solutions will be used by many different teams in multiple applications, functionalities, and processes.
- Evaluate external fraud management tools and vendors, strategize whether to build or buy, and advocate for the integration of innovative new solutions.
- Work intimately with the operations group to work on their cycles and instruments and boost their productivity.
- In order to comprehend the businesses of product and business stakeholders and jointly develop impactful solutions that drive key business value in a secure and compliant manner,

- Ensure that key product initiatives are aligned with stakeholder objectives by developing and monitoring OKRs.
- Improve product craftsmanship and procedures throughout your department by working with senior partners.
- Who You Are Ideally, you have more than nine years of experience developing software products or infrastructure on a large scale with a measurable impact and across multiple platforms or workstreams.
Extensive knowledge of payments fraud, associated metrics, and technologies, as well as extensive experience working with third-party fraud and risk management solutions in payments fraud, either on the merchant side or as a solution provider.
ability to create and manage a project roadmap for achieving the overall vision, focusing on solving problems for customers and businesses. This means actively evaluating the road map and making adjustments as new information or opportunities arise.
Experience making data-based conclusions and recommendations and the ability to be hands-on in the data analysis process, while guiding the direction of the analytics and data science team. Demonstrated success coaching/upskilling direct team or mentees. A proven record of high-performance managing complex initiatives to achieve outstanding results. An intuitive understanding of the importance of data in understanding trends, providing actionable insights, and tracking the success of those initiatives.
