You don’t need to have any marketing experience. At a Fortune 1000 company, our ideal candidate may have held a variety of positions including recruiter or TA professional. Or perhaps they oversaw recruitment advertising at a startup with explosive growth. Both prior recruitment experience and working in a fast-paced organization are necessary.
You must feel at ease in a dynamic environment in order to perform well in this position. We’ll give you the framework and structure you need to decide wisely on behalf of our clients. We are looking for someone who can spot when something seems “off” and raise a red flag, though you won’t be expected to take charge of the recruitment strategy right away. As a result of the role’s significant client interaction, we are looking for a team member who is at ease not only communicating with clients but also providing them with data and recommending clever business strategies in response to their feedback.
Your primary duties as a client success manager will be:.
- holding regular client check-in, planning, and performance review meetings.
