Implementing the revenue strategy for the channel or cluster based on objectives, budget for the year, market scenario, competition, etc. Strategic and policy-related KRAs Develop deeper insight and understanding of the dynamic market requirements through advertiser/client interaction and facilitate “why buy?” in order to ensure that the sales organization achieves the overall revenue target, Facilitate client and brand-wise spend monitoring on each channel in the cluster and on corresponding competitive channels, as well as evaluate competitive channel performance within and outside of genre Operational / Process / Technology related KRAs Developing an understanding of the industry and clients through industry reports, trends, articles, and BARC data to know plans of our key clients and categories to preempt the sales team for proactive pitching
- Examine important trends, such as media performance in relation to brand parameters and market trends.
- Engage with sales teams to ensure revenue rationalization by tracking the funnel/pipeline for a healthy business and designing attractive packages for them to take to the market. Support the creation of the pitch and evaluation of the pitch for annual deals and megadeals.
- Providing first-line assistance through analytics and reporting; providing the sales team with data insights so they can confidently respond to inquiries from clients and media planners/buyers.
- Develop continually on current systems and instruments to integrate new ways to deal with promoters and patrons
