The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating, escalating, communicating, and resolving high-priority eCommerce LTL incidents. They also identify trends, define metrics, and work to reduce service disruptions. IT Operations Analysts will also define metrics and processes to improve current and future eBusiness operations support processes. They own the effective start to finish following and goal of episodes which incorporates overseeing goal activity plans, estimating administration targets, and heightening occurrences as required when goal targets are missed.

- ROLE Ensures that the appropriate stakeholders are involved by defining, capturing, and validating IT requirements and other artifacts.
- initiates delivery efforts and conducts an internal IT customer needs and priorities analysis.
- documents and manages delivery-related risks, issues, assumptions, and constraints.
- establishes and coordinates operational controls, legal/compliance, and success metrics.
- establishes and implements new technology solutions’ standards, procedures, and processes; guarantees fresher arrangements won’t adversely influence current assistance responsibilities.
- audits solutions, planning, and delivery functions on a regular basis.
- ensures that service level agreements (SLAs) are followed when incidents are not immediately resolved and are appropriately escalated.
- develops key dashboards and deliverables for the team.
- creates key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the service’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- identifies incident and problem trends and progress and reports them.
- assures prompt and precise communication with the appropriate stakeholders regarding issues of high priority.
- collaborates closely with the incident owner to ensure that incident escalation procedures align with incident management procedures as a whole.
- works with the appropriate business and IT stakeholders to identify the problem’s root cause and, if necessary, enhancements for future development work.
- enables pre- and post-release activities for eCommerce LTL releases.
- Oversees and tracks provider execution; and uses contractually agreed-upon terms for accountability.
