The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating, escalating, communicating, and resolving high-priority eCommerce LTL incidents. They also identify trends, define metrics, and work to reduce service disruptions. IT Operations Analysts will also define metrics and processes to improve current and future eBusiness operations support processes. They own the effective start to finish following and goal of episodes which incorporates overseeing goal activity plans, estimating administration targets, and heightening occurrences as required when goal targets are missed.

- ROLE Ensures that the appropriate stakeholders are involved by defining, capturing, and validating IT requirements and other artifacts.
- initiates delivery efforts and conducts an internal IT customer needs and priorities analysis.
- documents and manages delivery-related risks, issues, assumptions, and constraints.
- establishes and coordinates operational controls, legal/compliance, and success metrics.
