Through a mix of regulatory, technical, operational, and strategic responsibilities, the Senior Manager of Reliability oversees United’s aircraft maintenance and engineering division’s mechanical and operational reliability. This entails taking responsibility for, supervising, and implementing United’s FAA-approved reliability program, as well as regularly meeting with regulators to ensure compliance with all requirements.
