The Construction Project Specialist will assist construction project managers in ensuring that the project adheres to quality standards and stays on schedule. They will prepare, organize, and store information in both paper and digital formats for project compliance, as well as assemble and track orders to guarantee timely delivery. In order to support the completion of the project, monitor contracts and process billing through the issuance of purchase orders.
As a Development Task Subject matter expert, you will:

GED or a high school diploma, or four or more years of military service in the United States. A bachelor’s degree in architecture, facility or construction management, or a business-related field is required. Data Management: Strong problem-solving abilities, fundamental task and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous circumstances Familiarity with database, reporting, and order management software is a prerequisite for construction. Experience with development terms, ideas, drawings and reports

- 3+ years project organization, including following
- 3 years request the executives: moderate involvement with overseeing orders through complete request life cycle
- 3 years’ involvement with the development or offices industry
- 3+ years’ experience utilizing project development the board programming (MS Venture, Tririga, Primavera, Undertaking Mates, and so on.)
