The Colleague & Labor Relations team focuses on assisting colleagues and people leaders in resolving issues in the workplace, creating and interpreting policies, and managing employee behavior and performance. Provide the best employment and labor relations solutions, support the company, and ensure a fair and consistent employee experience. How will you impact this position?
- Colleague & Labor Relations expertise and experience are required for this niche position.
- Implement India-based policies and conduct grievance investigations in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of the employment relationship and prompt responses to queries from colleagues via the colleague service center and the direct CLR email inbox. Regularly review and update the policies and procedures of the colleague experience group as needed and in the event of a change in market regulation.
- Continuously manage a global case management system for oneself and direct reports.
