Our goal of providing all Amazon customers with prompt, accurate, and competent customer service necessitates the assistance of an Amazon Customer Service Associate. An action-oriented, adaptable problem solver who can assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sale issues is required for this crucial position. Associates use a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. They communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat, and phone.
For India CS, virtual customer service (VCS) is a “work from home” model. For all scheduled hours, VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon. Associate’s responsibility is to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and a “work-like” environment at home so associates can perform at their best in terms of quality and productivity.
Information and Abilities Required
