The Tesla Body Fix Program is looking for an Impact Fix Client care Expert to deal with one of the most moderate vehicle brands on the planet. This position will include supporting the Inside Body Shop in all parts of its Approved Crash Program.
What You’ll Do
- Work booking support
- Contact between Client Guarantee Subject matter experts and the Body Shop
- Vehicle appearance planning
- Twist and CCC organization appearance
- Client correspondence and assumption
- Rental coordination and hand off
- Vehicle notices
- Material and supplies reordering
- Fix audit and conveyance

What You’ll Bring
