In October of 2022, business light & Magic opened its studio in Mumbai, India. The youngest of all of the ILM studios, the India studio leverages the knowledge and technological expertise developed over forty years at commercial mild & Magic blended with the pinnacle artists and technicians within the place. As we grow ILM India, we are seeking an HR enterprise companion to be one of the first individuals of our group and be a key part of this thrilling opportunity.
The HR commercial enterprise associate works intently with the Senior manager, HR commercial enterprise associate, and presents day-to-day management to HR for the ILM Mumbai studio. This includes making sure managers are provided with help and employees’ questions and wishes are addressed in a timely and first-class way. They will play an active position in know-how the enterprise, operations and troubleshooting, hassle solving and decoding diverse place of work conditions inside the context of coverage, system, and employment regulation. What You’ll Do
- Offer day-to-day HR support and offer pragmatic HR answers to satisfy business needs
- Companions efficiently with HR features (i.E., recruitment, D&I, training) to supply solutions

What We’re looking for
- Bachelors in HR, commercial enterprise or related area or equal paintings enjoy
- Robust commercial enterprise acumen with a keen flair to quickly assimilate new information.
- Established capacity to correctly interact with all organizational tiers in a multicultural environment and construct strong relationships.
- First rate consulting and battle management abilities.
- Experience working with senior executives in an “influence-with out-authority” position.
- Enjoy, exposure, and comfort with a spread of HR aspects which includes organization development, employee family members, talent acquisition, learning & improvement, and/or repayment.
- Capability to characteristic independently, with minimal supervision, and thrive within a fast-paced and from time to time ambiguous surroundings.
- Advanced level capabilities the usage of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, and smart Sheets
- SAP or Workday revel in. GSuite enjoy a plus.
