About the Role
In this role, you will work alongside software engineers and product managers to ideate, design, and implement data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, then partner with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to build data pipelines and a variety of analytics tools, such as dashboards, alerts, and automated reports. About you:

What you will do:
- Take full ownership of foundational data models and accelerate productization of data insights
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources, including client logging events, customer activity, and business applications
- Collaborate with engineers during the development process to integrate data logging and reporting into product features
- Communicate insights to broad sets of stakeholders across the organization
- Create insightful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau to help stakeholders easily understand and act upon data
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
