Mattel Data Entry Jobs Work From Home<\/p>\n

The Financial Analyst for Supply Chain plays a fundamental role for EMEA region, supporting the organization with Operational budget forecasting, logistics spend tracking, assessment of models related to the distribution network, and providing key insights to enable decision making and operational execution.<\/p>\n

This position is part of EMEA Commercial finance team, and reports directly into the Sr. Finance manager for FP&A and supply chain finance.<\/p>\n

The Opportunity<\/p>\n

Purpose of Position:<\/p>\n

Support in Quarterly and Yearly forecasting process for Logistics cost budget.
\nExecute monthly closing activities (Reporting to different stakeholders – regional and global).
\nProvide financial analysis of key issues and variances on Logistics P&L lines.
\nParticipate in creation of business cases related to Operational projects, and 3PL network.
\nTrack performance through financial reports and KPIs
\nFollow up Logistics cost saving initiatives, and leverage logistics metrics.
\nIdentifies risks, evaluates the impact and propose changes.<\/p>\n

Key Results Areas:<\/p>\n

Accurate and timely completion of all internal reporting of relevant areas for regional and global requirements.
\nTimely completion of forecasting assigned activities.
\nSupport in automating processes within the role.<\/p>\n

What Your Impact Will Be:<\/p>\n

Provide visibility of logistics spend for EMEA region, influence and support key strategies to enable decision making and optimize logistics efficiencies while working on a cross-functional team. Acting as a key advisor in relation to identified financial risks and opportunities.<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Technical:<\/p>\n

Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
\nAccounting knowledge and understanding of P&L.
\nAbility to manipulate complex, raw data to provide analytics and insights
\nPreferred Experience using Oracle for downloading Balance sheet information , and experience with HPT tool.
\nStrong communication skills (know how to communicate data- both written and verbal)<\/p>\n
