Hubbell Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

Responsible for all Product Management activities to assigned industrial products to maximize product line gross margin and unit volume growth.\u00a0 Provide all necessary product and technical support to the global field sales force to implement sales and marketing plans.\u00a0 Develop, maintain and grow market share through incremental New Product Development programs and market-based pricing decisions.\u00a0 Responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives to support product line growth.<\/p>\n

A Day In The Life<\/p>\n

Develop a pricing strategy for all product responsibilities to maximize gross margin.
\nEstablish pricing levels and discount. \u00a0
\nMonitor market\/industry pricing trends to adjust as necessary to meet margin goals.
\nWork with Field Sales to establish competitive pricing to capture incremental new business opportunities and\/or maintain market share.
\nManage and own all NPD projects from inception to completion.
\nCoordinate and monitor progress and provide guidance relating to priorities, timing, or adjustments on all new product project development efforts.
\nParticipate in the development of new product ideas and opportunities.
\nDevelop business case for each NPD Phase 1 project.
\nInitiate and submit for approval new product development projects.
\nResponsible for introduction of new products in accordance with the Strategic Plan.
\nSupport global sales teams through product and system support and interactive customer faced presentations.
\nPerform technical\/ product training for inside and outside global sales teams.
\nManage existing\/legacy product lines defining EOL and product longevity to maximize viability \/profitability.<\/p>\n

What will help you thrive in this role?<\/p>\n

BS Degree in business, engineering, or marketing preferred and\/or 7+ years industry experience.
\n5 years of experience in a global engineering\/sales support environment, preferably industrial communications.
\nPossess strong written and verbal communication skills.
\nGlobal perspective and strong customer interaction skills
\nPC skills require a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel together with SAP and SalesForce CRM.
\nAbility to travel 30%
\nSelf-starter, capable of managing multiple projects at once.<\/p>\n
