Process International and Domestic customer orders and support all related activities.\u00a0 Process International and Domestic customer orders and support all related activities.<\/p>\n

A Day In The Life<\/p>\n

Processing of sales orders
\nAnalyze all international orders to ensure compliant with regulations
\nReceive and reply to customers inquiries
\nReview open order report related to international exports
\nGenerate invoices, packing slips and other documents required to export
\nFacilitate freight forwarder pick up for export
\nSubmitting SED \/ Generating ITN
\nIssue USMCA\/Certificate of Origin
\nResolving freight\/shipping\/customs issues
\nPrepare BIS Report for specific products
\nReception coverage as needed
\nGeneral and Administrative tasks and other projects as assigned<\/p>\n

What will help you thrive in this role?<\/p>\n

Associates Degree preferred
\nKnowledge of International Export shipments
\nAES, USMCA, SED, SLI and other foreign documentation required for international freight
\nExperience with UPS, FED, DHL, including other International Freight forwarders
\nComputer proficient in Microsoft applications
\nStrong organization and communication skills
\nExcellent Customer service skills
\nAbility to multi task
\nNetSuite experience is a plus<\/p>\n
