Position Overview<\/p>\n

The AP Accountant is responsible for ensuring all supplier invoices are correct and supported by necessary documentations.\u00a0 He\/she is in-charged of timely recording of supplier invoices.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Coordinates with suppliers and ensures invoices are correct and supported by delivery receipt, receiving report, purchase order, and quotation.\u00a0Enters suppliers\u2019 invoices in the ERP while ensuring VAT and withholding taxes are classified and entered correctly.\u00a0Prepares the details of all BIR related monthly reports such as expanded withholding taxes, input taxes, output taxes, final withholding taxes, etc.\u00a0File the VAT relief and alphalist on withholding taxes.\u00a0Reconciles all input and expanded withholding taxes against the corresponding expense accounts.\u00a0Prepares suppliers accruals during month-end closing.\u00a0Prepares reconciliation of all assigned Balance Sheet accounts.<\/p>\n

Skills and Experience<\/p>\n

Preferably a graduate of bachelor\u2019s degree in accountancy or any business-related course.\u00a0Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience.\u00a0Preferably with experience in SAP.\u00a0Advanced MS Office skill set.\u00a0Good oral and written communication skills.\u00a0Self-starter with strong problem-solving skill set.<\/p>\n
