Continental Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

Performs routine and structured work assignments. Contributes to tasks within a team, function, or work group. Basic knowledge of processes for the assigned work. Exercises limited independent judgment, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines. Works under direct supervision.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Maintain compliance with company HSE policies and demonstrate the ability to respond quickly and confidently to safety and environmental events.<\/p>\n

Requires the operation of Company vehicles. Operator must drive safely to and from wells and well sites, maintain a clean driving record and adhere to Company policies.<\/p>\n

Possess the right and obligation to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.<\/p>\n

Perform operational checks of assigned wells, equipment, and facilities.<\/p>\n

Measure and record production. Ensure accuracy of data received and entered.<\/p>\n

Ensure oil, water and gas meets pipeline specifications.<\/p>\n

Coordinate oil sales, water disposal, and gas sales.<\/p>\n

Develop understanding of the operation of all equipment on assigned routes or facilities.<\/p>\n

Identify production related issues and learn appropriate solutions under supervision while consulting with the appropriate Foreman and Production Tech.<\/p>\n

Perform routine repairs and maintenance on all equipment. Communicate corrective maintenance needs if unable to complete on own.<\/p>\n

Develop leadership skills and emotional intelligence while maintaining a positive attitude.<\/p>\n

Personal commitment to inclusion and diversity.<\/p>\n

Assist the appropriate Foreman with minimizing LOE costs.<\/p>\n

Develop and maintain positive relationships with government officials, landowners, and third-party contractors.<\/p>\n

Take pride in personal appearance and the appearance of CLR locations, equipment, and vehicles including general upkeep and maintenance.<\/p>\n

Other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
