Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
\nPerform repetitive assembly and adjustments of electrical, mechanical, and\/or hydraulic equipment according to instructions
\nManufacture fiberglass components to specifications
\nMaintain clean work area and participate in 5s standards
\nTroubleshoot basic issues and problems
\nFollow and promote The Terex Way Values<\/p>\n

Basic Qualifications:<\/p>\n

High school diploma and\/or equivalent experience
\n0-2 years of manufacturing experience
\nAble to lift up to 40 lbs and 40-100 lbs with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Possess good mechanical aptitude
\nCapable of using most hand tools
\nUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructions
\nRecognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks
\nAbility to read and understand blueprints, order acknowledgement, engineering drawings and written instruction
\nFunction as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude<\/p>\n
