We are seeking a Market Distribution Planner to\u00a0execute the local business distribution strategy and is accountable\u00a0for\u00a0timely fulfilment of customer demand. You will actively review short\/medium term sales forecast\/order book and stock availability to meet customer deadlines. Where the retail demand exceeds the product supply, you will create allocation flow plans, and communicate clearly to the business. This role also requires the successful candidate to address sales and customer Service stock queries to maintain excellent flow of stock to trade.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Short term supply visibility \u2013 S&OE<\/p>\n

Analyse out of stock on order book and forecast and take appropriate actions – 0 to 16 weeks.
\nUpdate container delivery tracking.
\nAnalyse and act on short term slippage and conduct delay analysis in order to keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
\nTrack and control inventory transfer execution.
\nPrepare and communicate availability risks and mitigation plan and execute it
\nPrepare and present the local SOE Meeting Weekly
\nSupport the Market Supply Distribution Manager in prepare and delivering the Regional SOE Meeting Weekly
\nSupport the Market Supply Distribution Manager in prepare and delivering the Global SOE Meeting Weekly<\/p>\n

Allocation & Reservation Management<\/p>\n

Define next month\u2019s item list, allocation rules and quantity split.
\nCreate and maintain allocation templates.
\nRun Risk and Ops allocation review.
\nExecute allocation and releases in SAP.
\nUpdate and set up stock reservations to secure inventories for specific Sales or Marketing operations.<\/p>\n

Medium- and long-term availability \u2013 S&OP\u00a0<\/p>\n

Analyse mid\/long term availability risk and challenges vs. FC – 4 to 12 months.\u00a0
\nPrepare and present bi-monthly availability risk analysis vs. FC – 4 to 12 months.\u00a0
\nExecute agreed action plan to mitigate OOS supply risk.\u00a0
\nBring focus to key project and launches availability tracking and follow up.\u00a0
\nGet knowledge and relay information from GP to report development difficulties, major production delays and feedback regional implications.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Medium- and long-term inventory projection \u2013 S&OP\u00a0<\/p>\n

Analyse mid\/long term inventory projection risk and challenges vs. FC and financial budget – 4 to 12 months.\u00a0
\nPrepare and present monthly inventory risk analysis vs. FC – 4 to 12 months.\u00a0
\nExecute agreed action plan to mitigate inventory exposure.\u00a0
\nPartner with the Global Planning team in providing the regional perspective in the global SOP\/IBP process.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Inventory transfer from DC to DC<\/p>\n

Analyse and execute STO transfer between warehouses.
\nCollaborate closely with the DC teams to ensure transfer success.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Inventory Management<\/p>\n

Monitor inventory heath trough the KPI set globally.\u00a0
\nEnsure clear glidepath for slow mover and obsolete stocks to Excess and Closeout Plan and standardize implementation of the plan.<\/p>\n

Excess Management<\/p>\n

Support and provide the Ops technical expertise for the local and EU Excess and closeout process in partnership with Sales team.
\nReport and instruct PO cancellation at vendor.
\nFollow-up execution on cancelled Purchasing Orders
\nReview, animate and execute decision about raw material and FG excess inventory at vendor.<\/p>\n

MOQ Management<\/p>\n

Analyse MOQ constrains.
\nReport and animate MOQ constrained process to influence Demand changes \/ product cancellations.<\/p>\n

General<\/p>\n

Pilot the local airfreight budget and request to mitigate supply delays.
\nCollaborate closely with Demand, Customer Collaboration, Marketing and Sales on agreed schedules to ensure all business needs are met.
\nSupport local business by working closely with Sales in defining the short-term action plan to maximize Order Book confirmation.
\nPrepare and deliver local business meetings as required.
\nPartner with the Logistics teams to project the logistic and transport capacity (4 \u2013 12 months)
\nCollaborate closely with Market Supply Distribution, Demand, Customer Collaboration, Marketing and Sales on agreed schedules to ensure all business needs are met.
\nProvide support to the Market Supply Distribution teams on the out-of-stock analysis and forecasting processes.<\/p>\n

Competencies<\/p>\n

Good levels of numeracy and literacy with a minimum of business school (HHX or similar) education
\nMinimum of 3 years Planning experience, supporting initiatives, and driving change
\nExcellent Excel skills – and the ability to learn new packages.
\nStrong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
