About The Role<\/p>\n

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join our Licensed Consumer Products (LCP) Business and Legal Affairs Team.\u00a0 Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage all aspects of contracts administration.\u00a0 Including coordination of the contract lifecycle process of managing deal proposals, drafting contracts, amendments, and renewals for Hasbro Licensed Consumer Products (LCP).\u00a0 You will develop and lead relationships with the LCP commercial teams and key internal stakeholders such as Finance, Royalty Accounting, Quality Assurance and Risk Management.\u00a0 This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a portfolio of beloved Hasbro IPs spanning across all ages and targets, from Peppa Pig to Dungeons & Dragons and Play-Doh to Monopoly covering multiple languages and territories.<\/p>\n

The Main Responsibilities In This Role Will Be\u2026<\/p>\n

Licensing contracts drafting and coordinating execution.\u00a0
\nServe as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual \u201cmiddleman\u201d between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval \/ reconciliation of variations.
\nAmend Standard Terms and Conditions in light of revised IP (intellectual property) and, where applicable, pre-drafting replacement clause for paralegal\/attorney to review.
\nMaintain contractual records and documentation including insurance certificates, NDA\u2019s, and all other contract correspondences.
\nAs needed, provide guidance on contract matters to category managers or other operational staff, including training to new category managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
\nSuggest and assist in development and implementation of procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
\nMonitor compliance by company employees with established procedures, identify areas of recurrent pressure.
\nWork with Finance to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition.
\nEnsure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
\nEnsure contract close-out (coordination of stock destruction letters, debt recovery letters, termination letters etc.), extension or renewal.
\nPoint of contact for Category team, Licensees \/ agents for all matters regarding contracts
\nContinuous liaison with the global offices and updating the status of contracts that are WIP.<\/p>\n
