Excelling in this position requires thriving in a collaborative environment, working closely across different time zones with copywriters, editors, SEO experts, data analysts, designers, publishing specialists, external agencies, and more. This is a hybrid role based in the Czech Republic or London, with flexibility to work remotely, but requires some in-person collaboration at our Prague headquarters, Brno office, or London office.<\/p>\n

What You Will Do in This Role\u202f<\/p>\n

Manage and execute the Acquisition content strategy for our blogs in different international markets, ensuring we deliver outstanding editorial quality that supports our global websites and brands.
\nPrepare and adapt content before it\u2019s translated, ensuring our content meets the needs and expectations of UK, German, French, and other international audiences.
\nManage the localization process, including formatting and ticketing articles, to guarantee editorial and product accuracy.
\nPlan and oversee the editorial calendar to ensure smooth publishing processes that support our global websites, brands, and audiences.
\nManage a publishing pipeline of articles about digital security and privacy, identity protection, scams, financial wellness, device optimization, and related topics to help people safely navigate their digital lives.
\nCollaborate with our expert editorial team to create impactful and engaging long-form content seen by millions of people around the world.
\nClosely monitor and optimize the performance of all content to deliver against challenging traffic, engagement, and conversion targets.
\nWork cross-functionally with copywriters, marketing and product managers, subject-matter experts, SEO specialists, designers, developers, and technical teams to ensure impeccable content that supports our product roadmap.
\nContinually learn and refine techniques for gauging the needs and preferences of international audiences, and for planning and delivering content that matches that.
\nHelp solidify our brands as industry leading and highly trusted sources of information that offer audiences and customers a best-in-class experience.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Need to be Successful in this Role\u202f<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
\n5+ years of experience as a project or content manager, with proven ability to lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion. 3+ years of experience working with a team of writers, editors, or project managers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
\nMeticulous attention to detail, with strong proofreading and copy-editing skills highly desired.
\nExperience working with content about technology, especially in some of the following areas: online security and privacy, identity protection, financial wellness, device optimization, and SaaS.
\nAbility to quickly research and understand complex subjects and adapt content to international audiences.
\nProficiency using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.) to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
\nKnowledge of (or a strong desire to learn about) fundamental SEO principles and how to optimize web content for maximum organic search visibility.
\nFamiliarity with conversion-rate optimization (CRO) techniques and a passion for testing new ways to improve content performance.
\nAbility to use a CMS to edit and publish content independently.
\nPositive, can-do attitude with a flexible and committed approach to work.
\nDetail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and able to work independently with only directional supervision.
\nEnglish fluency required, native-English preferred.
\nFluency or proficiency in German and\/or French is a big plus.
\nThis is a hybrid role with time spent each week in our Prague headquarters, Brno office, or London office, with some flexibility to work remotely.<\/p>\n
