Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Develop and maintain simple to complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
\nCreate data reports, charts, and dashboards to effectively communicate trends
\nClean and organize datasets to identify patterns
\nAutomate repetitive tasks using formulas and functions to improve efficiency.
\nCollaborate with internal customers and management to understand their data needs.
\nEnsure the accuracy and integrity of all spreadsheet data.
\nStay up-to-date on the latest spreadsheet software features and best practices.
\nHandle small projects from time to time related to churning out data for business needs.<\/p>\n

What Are We Looking For in This Role?<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n

College Graduate
\nExcellent Communication Skills in both written and oral
\nAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and\/or Google Sheets
\nKnowledge of VLookup and Pivot tables is a must
\nMust be able to learn new functions\/formulas easily
\nMinimum 2 Years Relevant Experience (formal or informal) in data management using spreadsheets
\nWilling to learn and be trained in advanced data automations<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications (not required)<\/p>\n

Knowledge in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Looker Studio)
\nKnowledge of javascript or Google App Script and\/or Excel VBA\/Macros
\nKnowledge in Microsoft Access database software<\/p>\n
