Caci Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

CACI has an opening\u00a0for a Field Site (FS) Logistician to ensure effective communication and collaboration between varying logistics and asset management stakeholders, enabling a proactive and comprehensive approach to the onboarding and management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and procured equipment as well as maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accounting reports IAW policies and procedures. You will serve as the main point of contact for IT logistics matters, to include operationally leading\/managing asset managers at FS locations, working with the FS asset managers to ensure items are tracked, maintained, and accounted for, both with current and future systems of record, to include the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Get to Do:<\/p>\n

Oversee logistics\/asset managers, at FS locations, to ensure all government required documentation is properly maintained and all IT Assets are accounted for.
\nOrder, receipt, loading and management of COMSEC keying material using devices such as the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices as necessary.
\nAdvise and strategize on supply and logistics operations to support equipment for end-users at FS locations, to include future\u00a0operations\/capabilities.
\nEnsure the off boarding of FS personnel and the return of issued assets and completion of required government forms.
\nPrepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external parties such as type of assets received, shipping, transferred or excessed\/disposed assets, while providing applicable logistics reports.
\nTrack, maintain, and coordinate all shipments being delivered to site.
\nEnsure each COMSEC Element accounts are in compliance with customer policies.
\nAssist in properly storing, managing, and maintaining accountability within KMI on all COMSEC material and assets.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Active TS\/SCI with Poly
\nBA\/BS + 5 years recent experience or AA\/AS +8 years recent experience
\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
\nAbility to re-key all circuits as required.
\nAbility to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data related to logistics and COMSEC operations.
\nAbility to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.
\nExperience working with Government Asset Management and Logistics systems.
\nAbility to work effectively with a group or independently.
\nAbility to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously.<\/p>\n
