Caci Remote Jobs Customer Support Jobs<\/p>\n

The Configuration Management (CM) supports a Mission Operations, Communications, and Mission Support contract. The CM Team is responsible for ensuring the CM baseline of a customer\u2019s product and allocated baseline is updated and maintained to a high degree of accuracy. The Configuration Manager\u2019s organized, hands-on approach will help them stay ahead of challenges and deliver beyond expectations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Position Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Manages the Configuration Items (CIs) within this large-scale Enterprise comprised of Cloud Hosting, Desktop, Networks, Cyber Security, Operations, Mission systems, and Maintenance contracts\u00a0
\nPerforms regular audits of the product and allocated \u00a0baseline\u00a0
\nWorks closely with the various stakeholders to incorporate any relevant changes rolled into the operational baseline\u00a0
\nHelps integrate the CM tracking \/ Change Management systems, ensuring all changes to the operational environment can be traced through the documentation and approval process
\nFacilitates Government and contract reviews\/boards approving Requests for Changes (RFCs)\u00a0<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n

An Active TS\/SCI Clearance with Polygraph\u00a0
\nMinimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience with CM, AM, Property Management or Systems Engineering
\nAbility to facilitate meetings with Program and Government personnel\u00a0
\nAbility to manage and help improve Headquarter and site CM processes, procedures and User Manuals\u00a0
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\u00a0
\nDetail-oriented\u00a0
\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\u00a0
\nExtensive knowledge of MS Product Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)\u00a0<\/p>\n

Desired Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Knowledge of Agile methodology\u00a0
\nCM Data Base (CMDB) experience\u00a0
\nDocumenting\/developing CM processes & procedures\u00a0
\nExperience with ServiceNow CMDB modules\u00a0
\nBachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree\u00a0
\nAbility to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences\u00a0<\/p>\n
