JOB DUTIES:<\/p>\n

Build Pro AV market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
\nWorking with Category Management this role will develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, price strategy, competitive analysis, etc.\u00a0
\nCapture and expand ProAV customer base – hunter mentality
\nExamines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
\nReports out to management on progress, financials and business issues each month.\u00a0
\nProvides metric and data analysis, insight and recommendations\u00a0
\nIdentify and secure relationships\u00a0 customers within the Pro AV industry\u00a0
\nProvides direction on resources, educational and training programs for ADI field sales and customer
\nFacilitate training\/education tracks with peers, suppliers and customers
\nBuilds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
\nLocates or proposes potential business deals\u00a0
\nExamines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
\nEstimates partners\u2019 needs and goals \u2013 translating opportunities to sales<\/p>\n

YOU MUST HAVE:<\/p>\n

3+ years experience in sales, marketing or business development\u00a0
\nMinimum of 2 years experience in a sales and\/or marketing role within a high volume, high transaction retail\/wholesale environment\u00a0
\nMinimum 2 years experience in commercial audio\/visual industry
\nDriving License\u00a0<\/p>\n

50% travel will be required \u2013 UKI Only
\nExperience with SalesForce or like CRM
\nKnowledge of program management and concepts\u00a0
\nExcellent computer skills \u2013 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\u00a0
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\u00a0
\nFinancial and analytical skills\u00a0
\nAbility to multi task<\/p>\n
