Resideo Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

JOB DUTIES:<\/p>\n

Manage portfolio of suppliers, developing strong working relationships.
\nRegular supplier meetings and reviews.
\nPurchase from suppliers contracted by Category Management and raise Purchase orders using SAP:
\nCombine material requirements into efficient purchases or according to Supplier\u2019s MOQ etc
\nBalance the Purchase in relation to resulting inventory, supplier and transport restrictions and commercial input on pricing\/demand expectations\/strategic positions (and escalate where needed for valid decision making)
\nManage your inventory in line with company specified Inventory level KPI’s and improve availability and line fill in line with company specified Inventory level KPI’s.
\nEnsure order books are managed effectively and system is up to date with latest information.
\nCommunicate any delays in a timely and effective manner.
\nActively reduce IOS (Inactive, Obsolete, Surplus) in collaboration with other functions
\nActively reduce non-core stock to maintain healthy stock levels.
\nWeekly meetings with Category managers and demand planning to review.
\nService: Coordinate with other departments to achieve On Time in Full shipments to customers
\nInvestigate inbound inventory discrepancies.
\nManage any invoice queries relating to your supplier portfolio.
\nEscalation management and coordination (fast, clear, and detailed communication to all stakeholders)
\nContinuous Process Improvement on planning processes linking to business requirements.
\nImprove\/ liaise with suppliers to improve supply confirmation and delivery accuracy.
\nManage inbound ocean freight where required.
\nPerform other tasks as required, like managing (small) projects, supplier meetings, supply chain analytics.<\/p>\n

YOU MUST HAVE:<\/p>\n

2+ years of experience in supply chain
\nStrong analytical and facilitation skills<\/p>\n

WE VALUE:<\/p>\n

Experience in Distribution and Supply Chain
\nFluent with use of planning software tools
\nSAP\/ERP experience
\nExperience with cross-functional team leadership
\nUnderstands commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field<\/p>\n
