You Will Spend Your Time..<\/p>\n

Conducting scheduled facility preventative Maintenance tasks, unscheduled and scheduled repairs, and project support.
\nExamining and evaluating mechanical\/electrical equipment and systems to detect malfunctions and execute repairs for the same.
\nProcessing documentation, including work order completion and parts identification for reordering.
\nIdentifying replacement parts and communicate needs to the Supervisor.
\nPerforming post-repair tests and documents results.
\nReacting to emergency situations and involving the Supervisor when appropriate.
\nParticipating in recurring training and safety meetings
\ninstallation of conduit and wire, tubing, sensors, etc.
\nWire a variety of electric motors.
\nPerform calibrations on various instrumentation such as pressure sensors, load cells, flow meters, etc.
\nWork safely with a variety of voltages such as 24VDC, 120VAC, 480VAC, single phase and 3-phase.
\nInterpret electrical drawings and documentation for custom machines, systems, and products.
\nExperience with Cimplicity, Batch Metrics, Server knowledge, and other automated programs a plus.
\nConfigure controls components.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Required Skills.<\/p>\n

Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and handle unexpected situations.
\nStrong communication skills
\nAttention to detail.
\nAbility to lift 50lbs.
\nAbility to stand for 8 hours per day.<\/p>\n

Required Experience<\/p>\n

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
\nMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience as a Automation Mechanic in a manufacturing production plant.
\nTrained in confined space entry, hot work, line breaking, LOTO, and lift truck operations.
\nElectrical License preferred or willing to obtain one.
\nWillingness to maintain and obtain additional licensure and certifications as needed.
\nPossess electrical aptitude and willingness to perform hands on work.<\/p>\n
