IFF Remote Jobs Customer Support Jobs<\/p>\n

The person will work with site resources to identify and resolve equipment reliability issues. Work will consist of analysis of historical work completed, analysis of maintenance practices and techniques, application of preventive and predictive maintenance technologies, and defect elimination. Also, will have a high level of knowledge in at least one area or equipment type. Work is performed under general supervision.<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Identification, Design, and Implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.
\nAssist in the identification and resolution of recurring reliability issues.
\nCoordination of Predictive Maintenance activities.
\nAssist in the planning and coordination of plant shutdown maintenance repairs including direct supervision of contract maintenance crews.
\nAssist in the identification and tracking of plant critical spare parts.
\nAssist in revision and development of written mechanical maintenance procedures.
\nAssist in the analysis and improvement of site precision maintenance techniques.
\nLead and participate on reliability improvement teams.
\nPerform job duties in a manner that follow food safety and quality guidelines including but not limited to HACCP, GMPs, QA Policies, Sanitation, and Pest Control.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/p>\n

B.S. Degree in a technical field.
\nPreferred Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
\n2-5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability with rotating equipment.
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

Knowledge of:<\/p>\n

Theories, principles, methods and procedures of applicable field of engineering.
\nStatistics and experimental design.
\nMS Office package including Visio.
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ability to:<\/p>\n

Manage projects.
\nCollect, process and analyze data.
\nDevelop creative solutions to problems.
\nCommunicate effectively both in writing and orally.
\nExecute Six Sigma methodology.
\nWork effectively both independently and within teams.<\/p>\n

Preferred:<\/p>\n

SAP PM experience.
\nPdM certifications in Ultrasound, Vibration, Infrared, RDI, MCA, and MLT\/MLA.
\nCMRP certification.
\nCapital project management.<\/p>\n
