\nManage the accounting and reporting of pension and other postretirement benefits for the company.\u00a0 Partner closely with Treasury and business units to ensure proper accounting.
\nLead the accounting and reporting related to the company\u2019s derivative and debt transactions. Partner closely with Treasury and business units to provide accounting leadership in complex accounting issues.
\nPrepare financial statement disclosures related to leases, pension\/OPEB, derivative financial instruments, debt, etc., including the quarterly and annual disclosures and disclosure checklists for 10-Q and 10-K
\nImplement, execute, and maintain internal controls related to the accounting for lease, employee benefits, derivative financial instruments and debt to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
\nIdentify and implement continuous process improvements to streamline the monthly\/quarterly close process.
\nAssist in other financial reporting \/ technical accounting projects.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
\n7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including experience in technical accounting and\/or financial reporting.

\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, especially Lease Software.<\/p>\n
