We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst at our Cavite, Philippines office. The candidate should be eager to learn, has strong analytical skills, detail oriented and deep understanding of accounting principles. This position will play role a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and inventory management. This role also requires interactions with multiple levels of the organization, manufacturing operations team and various corporate functions. The candidate should embrace change and expect job rotation within the finance organization.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:<\/p>\n

Perform periodic financial reports, inventory reconciliations, journal entries and accruals to accurately reflect inventory levels and costs that will help management in making sound decision and strategy.
\nProvide analysis and explanations of variances in inventory balances and costs to management and stakeholders.
\nCollaborate with different departments such as Manufacturing operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business Units to gather relevant data and insights for cost analysis and inventory valuation.
\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in cost accounting and inventory management.
\nParticipate in cross-functional projects like SAP S4 Hana integration.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

\nStrong understanding of accounting principles
\nProficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems (SAP) with advanced Excel skills.
