Primary Purpose:\u00a0Deliver sales to achieve store AOP and individual goal, execute company initiatives and operational standards.<\/p>\n

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in sales to\u2026<\/p>\n

Supports the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plan.
\nExhibit the competencies listed below with a focus on Drive for Results and Customer Focus.
\nMentor, motivate, and develop team to deliver Stuart Weitzman\u2019s Selling Ceremony and operational standards.
\nStay current with the market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
\nDelivers a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.
\nConsistently and in a timely manner, complete all types of operational tasks including maintaining store (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
\nProcesses shipments as needed.
\nReplenishes inventory on sales floor as needed.
\nCollaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
\nAdheres to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention.
\nCollaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to support the team in elevating client experience and sales.
\nPerform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
\nBe brand ambassadors of Stuart Weitzman.<\/p>\n

The accomplished individual will possess:<\/p>\n

Strong communication skills both oral and written.
\nExcellent organization and attention to detail.
\nKnowledge of POS, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).<\/p>\n

The accomplished individual must have:<\/p>\n

Ability to execute at a fast pace.
\nAbility to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending and kneeling are required.
\nAbility to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product\/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment\/transfers.
\nAbility to meet SW Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.<\/p>\n

An outstanding professional will have:<\/p>\n

1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
\nHigh school diploma or equivalents work experience preferred.<\/p>\n
