You are part of a dedicated team of four associates and able to work closely together, with a phenomenal group atmosphere. This team is part of our department Lab and Production Services, which supports big pharmaceutical companies and laboratories all over the world.<\/p>\n

What we\u2019re looking for\u00a0<\/p>\n

Education: Minimum of GCSE, (or equivalent) A level
\nExperience: Experience of working in lab environment is preferred. Be aware of Good Manufacture Practice standards (GMP). We are looking for a team member, who will stay with us long-term and has a curiosity about science. Customer Service experience essential.
\nComputer: Good in MS Office; knowledge of SAP\/E-Lims\/other is a plus
\nStrong communication skills in English.<\/p>\n

Goods receiving, ensuring quality control processes are followed
\nManagement of (Internal) Inventory Management software
\nProcessing stock orders for delivery by internal distribution
\nOn site parcel distribution using company vehicle
\nManaging customer requests (within service agreement) promptly and efficiently
\nTo ensure that suitable written records and work undertaken are kept in accordance with GMP regulations<\/p>\n
