Responsibilities<\/p>\n

The ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management)\u00a0Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting EnLink’s Gas Accounting and Settlement System (Currently W Energy). Duties include:<\/p>\n

Troubleshoot with the appropriate level of detail for the vendor team and end users to resolve functional issues and build solutions.
\nSupport end-users in all departments with ad-hoc or formal training requests.
\nField questions from end-users and assist with data issues and errors.
\nAssist in creative setup solutions for complex settlement needs.
\nMaintain system functional design documents.
\nComplete analysis and testing for system upgrades, patches and custom code releases.
\nExecute system configuration and ad-hoc reports development.
\nAvailable to support after hours on business-critical situations and scheduled tasks.
\nAssist in end of month\/quarterly processing.
\nInteract and support application vendor team working on logged issues.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems or related area.
\n2-3 years of ETRM\/ERP experience required, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
\n2-3 years of experience Accounting and Settlement Management, W Energy strongly preferred.
\n2-3 years of experience in application support.
\nExperience with system upgrades and\/or implementations.
\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
\nA strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
\nFamiliarity with front to back-office system data flow in Gas Marketing, including but not limited to Measurement, Contract Management, Accounting, Commercial Relations, and Settlements.
\nAbility to create complex pricing provisions and report views.
\nCapable of testing business scenarios from deal capture to invoicing.
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
\nDemonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standard.<\/p>\n
