ABM Industries Support Member Jobs<\/p>\n

Main Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Answering all incoming calls (internal\/external)
\nMeeting and greeting all incoming visitors
\nEntering work requests and visitors into the building system
\nBooking of couriers\/taking delivery of couriered items
\nAssisting with booking of meeting rooms.
\nAssisting with updating of staff details on intranet
\nBooking in print jobs for collection and delivery as required
\nCross trained in team duties such to assist with security and cleaning functions
\nLogging of calls into Call Logging system
\nReporting of any IT issues to IT Service Desk
\nWorking with Colliers our building management provider to manage and log calls with the helpdesk
\nAny other duties as required.<\/p>\n

Person Specification:<\/p>\n

Extensive Corporate Reception and Switchboard experience within blue-chip company
\nPrevious experience within an office environment beneficial
\nMinimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
\nExcellent customer relations and good communications skills
\nExperience in use of Switchboard
\nFully computer literate
\nExperience of working with a building management IT system would be advantageous
\nHappy to wear a corporate uniform
\nHigh standard of professional grooming<\/p>\n
