In this role the Co-ordinators Team Leader will be proactive and responsible leader who will work effectively with Reactive Co-ordinators and PPM Administrators to ensure the team has the necessary support and services to deliver its key objectives.<\/p>\n

The role will carry out day to day liaisons and supervision of the teams, ensuring all processes are followed correctly while ensuring contractual SLA\u2019s and KPI\u2019s are met and KPI penalties are prevented.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Monitoring the active jobs awaiting to be allocated to either Engineer\/Sub-contractor – Planning \/ Allocate work for current and next day alongside Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor.
\nMonitor PPM Inbox to ensure tasks are being completed in time.
\nEnsuring all returns and rejected jobs are re-scheduled each day and all are cleared by end of the day.
\nProviding reports to management of the productivity of the scheduling team.
\nBe a proactive and responsible leader and taking ownership of your team.
\nKnowledge of SLA\u2019s and KPI\u2019s in line with the contracts and to actively manage the team to meet contractual requirements preventing penalties against KPI\u2019.
\nWork along with the team to check allocations from previous night to ensure closures sent, any actions to be taken & ordering parts.
\nDaily SLA mitigation call – looking at what\u2019s breached previous day adding to mitigation list reason for failure and look ahead for next 24 hours and over the weekend on a Friday.
\nReview Open Faults report.
\nTo Ensure KPI 2D is managed – Permanent Rectification for priority 3 and 4 Work Orders – arrange revisit.
\nTo ensure KPI 2E is managed via jeopardy management of the open faults to ensure that they prevent the work orders failing sla but also then managing the breached faults to reattend.
\nEscalate to supervisors if any issues with engineers\/work.
\nUndertake any other ad hoc duties which reasonable falls within the remit of your role (Client \/ ABM management).
\nCompleted work orders to be marked as reviewed whilst OnShift before completion evidence goes over to TfL Metro Maximo
\nWork effectively with Helpdesk Team Leaders to ensure an \u201cend to end\u201d service approach is always adopted, avoiding any operational risk.
\nConducting training for new employees and\/ or any refresher training required
\nDay to day liaisons and supervision of the teams, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
\nEffectively communicate within the team and beyond, developing an open, trusting environment that respects contributions from individuals and recognises successes.<\/p>\n

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills in both email and telephone calls. Requirements to communicate with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver work effectively.
\nProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
\nGood PC skills, especially MS Excel.
\nOrganizational and time-management skills.
\nDecision-making skills.<\/p>\n
