As a member of the Art department, you\u2019ll create memorable designs and art for an array of weapons.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll\u00a0help take the studio and our game from great to even better\u2014with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll help us by\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n

Build concepts for all stages of production. This may include: loose sketches,<\/p>\n

high level paintings, gameplay paint-overs, and marketing assets.<\/p>\n

Produce environment, prop, and character designs.<\/p>\n

Turn around quick conceptualization sketches.<\/p>\n

Build both photo-realistic and stylized concepts as decided by the project.<\/p>\n

Learn and play the game, making sure concept designs are informed and well-researched.<\/p>\n

Research subject matter relating to objectives to ensure an authentic experience.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability of creating high-quality 2D art and concepts<\/p>\n

A strong foundation in traditional art, color theory, composition, perspective, anatomy, and lighting<\/p>\n

Understand the concept art pipeline from the ideation stage to the final rendered image.<\/p>\n

Understand the limitations of the game development pipeline.<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills with multiple departments and different personalities, attention to detail, proactive in resolving problems.<\/p>\n
