Duties\/Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Monitors process metrics to drive stability; implements countermeasures and suggests improvements.
\nFirst Delegation of Authority for Area Lead
\nLead and mentor \/ coach others, provide inputs on performance reviews
\nLeads lean and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery of the lean roadmap and facilitation of opportunity register process
\nResponsible for operator competency\/skills in collaboration with Training Team; Develops and implements operator standard work in concert w\/ Central Team.
\nInitiate Equipment Improvement Team and drive autonomous maintenance.
\nLeads \/ represents the operation in complex RCAs.
\nResponsible for Safety Quality Delivery Cost Morale (SQDCM).
\nEstablishes and manages priority for complex work and when conflicts exist.
\nLiaison between multiple internal groups and third-party contractors to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and safe manner.
\nEnsures appropriate level of Contractor integration and engagement.
\nEnsures stability of planned work and rebalances as necessary in coordination with Logistic Specialist
\nAccountable for accuracy and completeness of WO completion\/failure notes using audits \/ spot checks \/ exception reports
\nAccountable for daily, weekly and monthly cost review \/ budget burn rate monitoring
\nResponsible for equipment failure analysis and EIT initiation.<\/p>\n

5 years Industrial\/Oilfield experience required.
\nFormal understanding of engineering, business and LEAN principles and tools
\nStrong process flow (P&ID) knowledge; detailed understanding of operating procedures and standards
\nDetailed understanding of operating procedures and standards
\nWork \/ project coordination
\nSupervisory \/ leadership experience
\nProficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP)
\nStrong written and verbal communications skills
\nStrong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
\nAbility to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment.
\nKnowledgeable of safety\/environmental requirements and practices<\/p>\n
