Duties\/Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Provides on-site plant maintenance and contractor coordination (day-to-day).
\nProvides direction and contributes to planning and preparation and execute work for more complex activities \/ projects.
\nAugment Process Specialist in representing the area in Root Cause Analysis (RCAs)
\nPlans and executes safe work permit (LOTO, confined space, hot work, excavation).
\nSAP notifications, time confirmation, Technically Complete (TECO) autonomous maintenance activities, invoice review\/approval.
\nLeads training efforts for autonomous maintenance.
\nProcess Safety Management (PSM) Regulations \u2013 highly skilled on how work needs to be conducted to be regulatory compliant (e.g., aware of signage requirements, training requirements, and operation requirements).
\nCoaching and mentoring of contract and employee staff.
\nAligns with engineering (Process, Production) on day-to-day activities.
\nCapture activities accurately in systems (SAP, Log Books).<\/p>\n
