Administration:<\/p>\n

Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system
\nCommunicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries
\nEnsuring that agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained
\nManaging the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
\nProcess quotation to the customer<\/p>\n

Logistics:<\/p>\n

Manage daily distribution through the CRM systems
\nStock Control and transfer
\nDaily communication to our warehouse, and follow by KEYENCE Global logistic guidelines which include self-auditors
\nVisit warehouse and Identify area for continuous improvement
\nSupport at all stages of the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers.<\/p>\n

Personal Requirements:<\/p>\n

Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
\nOpen, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral
\nLogical and precise thinker with a good head for numbers

\nGood team worker and collaborator
\nAble to work both independently to defined objectives
\nAbility to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
\nCapable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail<\/p>\n
