Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Operate Field\/WRH facilities and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
\nTroubleshoot process problems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, working closely with Lead Operator.
\nMonitor field well performance and\/or WRH facility conditions utilizing SCADA systems.
\nMaintain superior housekeeping standards throughout the field and facilities at all times.
\nResponsible for minor maintenance and the coordination of other maintenance activities.
\nUnderstands and performs safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, equipment lock-out, emergency response, follow safe work procedures.
\nEnsure compliance with environmental and safety regulatory requirements. \u00a0Responsible for corrective actions if required.
\nEnsure effective communication with operations, maintenance and management staff.
\nEnsure work order, operations improvement processes are followed.
\nMaintain proper documentation including plant logs, maintenance records, safety & environment reports, etc.
\nAssist with projects work, including turnarounds.
\nTrack and maintain key performance indicators such as production, downtime and production losses.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

Must be legally eligible to work.
\nMust live within the Dawson Creek or surrounding area.
\nValid Class 5 driver\u2019s license.
\nMinimum 2 years of operational experience. Entry level may be considered.
\nRoutine operational and maintenance experience.\u00a0 Good understanding of liquid separation, condensate stabilization, compression, source and injection wells and pipeline maintenance.
\nStrong organizational & communication skills are required.
\nProficient in use and application of PC programs specifically in PVR, Word, Excel and Outlook.
\nAbility and confidence to work with minimal supervision and proven strong leadership abilities.
\nSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and is open to take on a variety of operational challenges.
\nStrong mechanical and technical aptitude with proven analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
\nTeam player with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required, ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
