Toll Brothers Data Entry Jobs Work From Home<\/p>\n

The Assistant Land Development Estimator is responsible for Earthwork calculations and reports.\u00a0 In addition, this role includes generating quantity takeoffs and prep work for cost estimates.\u00a0 Work closely with our Estimating staff to learn and develop the skills required to be a successful Estimator.<\/p>\n

What are the primary responsibilities?<\/p>\n

Earthwork
\nGenerate balance between existing surface and design surface using Agtek software.
\nProduce volume calculations and Cut\/ Fill Maps.
\nReview and Interpret balance for reporting.\u00a0
\nEstimating
\nCalculate Volume, Area and Length from Site Improvement Plans.
\nProduce Estimates by applying prices to quantity takeoff calculations.
\nPeer review with colleagues for detail and accuracy.
\nReview Cost Estimates with Land Development Management.<\/p>\n

\nAgtek 3D modeling software: Beginner\/ Intermediate
\nAutoCAD: Beginner\/ Intermediate
\nMicrosoft Excel: Intermediate
\nGoogle Earth: Beginner<\/p>\n

Do you have these qualifications?<\/p>\n

Essential:<\/p>\n

Familiarity with residential subdivisions
\nWillingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
\nProficient math and computer skills.
\nAbility to review and understand a set of construction plans.
\nBasic\u00a0understanding of site grading, storm drainage, sanitary, water, and roadway construction.
\nCollaborate with Land Development Field Managers.<\/p>\n

Preferred:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Construction, Engineering, Land Planning, or related field.
\nOne to Three (1-3) years of experience in residential construction.
\nExperience with Agtek 3D modeling software.
\nExperience working with AutoCAD.
\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.<\/p>\n
