ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/p>\n

Assist with the Underwriting of title insurance policy coverages for commercial real estate transactions with the goal that in 1 to 2 years you can underwrite transactions independent of supervision.
\nAssist national commercial escrow officer in closing transactions.
\nAssist in the negotiation policy coverage and endorsement coverage in connection with the issuance of owner\u2019s and loan title insurance policies.
\nServe as a resource for sales executives and their clients when they have title insurance and\/or real estate questions.
\nGain knowledge of conveyance documents, including deeds and mortgages.
\nGain a good understanding of title insurance, real estate and closing processes and procedures nationwide.
\nAssist people and their clients when they have title insurance and\/or real estate questions.
\nAbility to supervise assistants and support staff, as necessary.
\nBe responsible for the management of revenue.<\/p>\n
