UGI Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

Provide legal advice and represent the Company on matters relating to commercial agreements, mergers & acquisitions (domestic and international), and financing matters.\u00a0 Will work closely advising business departments and executives.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Develop a deep and expert understanding of UGI\u2019s services and business model.
\nBuild strong relationships with company executives, treasury department, commercial sales teams, business development teams, and other internal clients.
\nMergers and acquisitions, including dispositions, for domestic and international business units.
\nReview and negotiate retail and wholesale natural gas sales agreements, as well as the improvement of contract forms and templates.
\nProvide back-up contractual support to procurement team.
\nReview and negotiate financing agreements, including credit agreements, private placements, offering documents, note agreements, fee letters, term sheets and other ancillary documents and provide advice related to covenant compliance.
\nReview, negotiate, and provide advice regarding company\u2019s joint ventures and projects in renewable and non-renewable energy generation, infrastructure, and delivery.
\nReview, negotiate and manage vehicle fleet lease agreements.
\nProvide anti-trust education, legal advice and counseling.<\/p>\n

Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, integrity, and judgment regarding both legal and business issues.

Education and Experience<\/p>\n

JD from a top law school; member of a State Bar in good standing (Pennsylvania preferred).
\n5+ years of prior large law firm or in-house corporate legal experience.<\/p>\n
