Blackstone\u2019s Procurement department seeks a highly motivated, intelligent, self-starter with excellent communication and hands on skills to lead the transformation of its Procure-to-Pay function and to ensure all AP and P2P processes are operated in a controlled and efficient manner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Lead and manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives by leveraging Coupa\u2019s Procure-to-Pay platform.\u00a0 Manage transformational roadmap and delivery.
\nLead the firm\u2019s offshore (India) team to implement solutions and maintain a robust and error-free operational environment for AP and P2P functions
\nDevelop OKRs and metrics and continually track key results to achieve department objectives and prevent escalations
\nDevelop process and control reports and dashboards and operational processes to ensure there are reviews of outliers and exception management
\nWork closely with regional (EMEA and APAC) finance teams to ensure alignment and to comply with regulatory and tax requirements
\nDevelop, implement and maintain policies and procedures \u2013 as well as process flows
\nFacilitate cross-functional working sessions with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Treasury) to define business requirements and design solutions that increase efficiencies whilst maintaining controls
\nDevelop and deliver presentations for executive leadership \u2013 and provide program updates on a monthly basis
\nDevelop relationships with business units and corporate groups on policies, procedures\/processes and also to manage the change associated with transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; an MBA would be a plus
\n5+ years experience in AP and Procure-to-Pay operations within a financial services business, asset management a plus
\nDeep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Procurement Operations
\nExtensive experience creating efficiencies leveraging Coupa\u2019s Procure-to-Pay platform
\nExtensive knowledge of accounting, internal controls and management principles and accounts payable procedures
\nAt least 5 years\u2019 experience managing third party BPO providers to achieve operational excellence and transformation objectives
\nHighly organised, goal oriented and solutions focused
\nProven creative problem-solving skills with ability to analyze information and processes; present cases using data and metrics
\nDemonstrable leadership skills with a passion for collaborative team working
\nMotivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nAbility to navigate across business functions and engage a variety of stakeholders to drive value and manage changes through the organization
\nExtensive knowledge\/experience with Coupa\u2019s Procure-to-Pay platform as well as Oracle\u2019s Fusion ERP<\/p>\n
