At least 5 years experience of system administration\/engineering in a Corporate environment
\nMicrosoft certification in a relevant subject (Associate or Expert level)
\nUniversiy degree in a related subject or equivalent experience
\nExtensive technical experience of Microsoft 365 platform and configuring Microsoft cloud infrastructure
\nExcellent knowledge of powershell scripting
\nExtensive experience with virtualization and datacenter technologies
\nExperience with Data protection, retention and cloud storage technologies
\nExperience with implementing patch\/update management solutions
\nExperience with Cloud system monitoring solutions<\/p>\n

What we would like you to do\/ to see\u2026<\/p>\n

Daily monitoring and management of Cloud Services systems, in particular the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Defender etc).
\nProposing, designing and implementing Microsoft cloud solutions based on sound experience and Microsoft best practice.
\nDevelop and refine solutions to enable continuous improvement and align with the business and IT strategy.
\nAssist in the technical planning and delivery of global Cloud Services solutions projects, providing technical direction and guidance to internal and external teams.
\nStrive to be a technical authority on Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
\nDevelop plans for upgrades, expansions, and improvement of the existing Cloud Services Infrastructure
\nProvide 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting of issues related to our Cloud Services platform.
\nEscalation and management of issues with Service Providers.
\nWork with global teams to support the delivery, deployment, and operation of Cloud Services.
\nProactive development of monitoring solutions for Cloud Services Infrastructure.
\nEnsures that security standards, practices, and policies are incorporated into all Cloud Services Infrastructure.<\/p>\n
